This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi is reliable, the fitness center is great, and the 24-hour reception is a lifesaver. I remember when the staff printed my tickets on my first stay. They really care! I highly recommend trying the rooftop pool. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The safebox took nearly one hour to fix, which wasted my valuable time!!! Confirming airport transfers was frustrating, as calls were answered only to be placed on hold!!! Getting local transportation options was limited and inefficient!!!

sheraton is a stunning hotel with fantastic design and impeccable cleanliness. the rooftop pool was a hit with my son, while we enjoyed an excellent breakfast spread, including delicious dosas and homemade pastries. special mention for the attentive cleaning staff who arranged my son's toys daily!

The Classic King Room was super comfy and the in-room dining was a real treat, especially with the delicious late-night snacks! I loved unwinding at the rooftop pool and indulging in a relaxing body scrub at the spa center. The only little hiccup was a slight delay with room service, but it didn't take away from my overall wonderful stay! 😊

The wood-fired pizza was a total game-changer, and Chef Bhushan rustled up an epic Jain Misal that hit all the right spots! Plus, the staff, like Rutuja at the front desk, had us feeling right at home with a sweet breakfast and spa discount.

The breakfast spread left a bit to be desired and the display was kinda basic for a place with such class. Plus, housekeeping could've thrown in a moisturizer or slippers to level up our stay.
